Finding a solution for a 10-12 month financing problem.(warning not a native english speaker sorry)
Greetings Steemit
I have a question for the great minds in this community.A problem that needs to be answered with cautious.
So here is the thing,a very close friend of mine is working as a professional paramedic since 2004,he and his partner have bought using a loan from a bank to buy an ambulance for their business so they can transfer patience from and towards to hospitals.
Ambulances are not cheap so a loan was a necessity to kick-start their job.
The condition to achieve their 50000 euro loan was his house to be on a mortgage.
The said individual have in his disposal 8000 euro that needs to be doubled by the date of 2017 June to pay 16000 to the bank or his house will be compensate by the banks interests.
the house cost him 80000 euro the bank used it as a mortgage for his 50000 loan and he is in a great risk to lose it if he does not manage to gather the 8000 euro outstanding debt so he can pay out the bank and save his house.
So if there is any finance advisor that can suggest a decent and as low risk possible solution for this math problem please leave a reply.I guess the most up-voted reply will be my option to go to.
*You will be seeing his #introduceyourself on steemit probably by the end of the week as I have spoken to him about the platform and though he was skeptical he decided to give it a chance.I will guide him through and hopeful I will be able to help him out with your contribution to that matter.
I do not expect of him to get much of up-votes his professional is gross his footage is always sad and very upsetting I won't be getting on details about paramedics I am not one.but if you are you know what I am talking about it is not a pretty job ,it does not allow your mind to rest you get to see the worst outcomes of life daily but you keep on doing it anyway because helping others is what you do.
you just live on with the ghosts of those you weren't able to help or you didn't made in time.you are fitting the clocks daily for us and fighting time its not an easy task to do.
for that he wants to upload some footage of his daily experiences.I suggested him to focus on his family and gain likes for his lovely son, which it seems he is not too fund of doing but I'll try to convince him anyway.
I am not a native English speaker but I can manage to compose some line of text,he is not speaking English though so I will be translating his text on his mini bio that will follow next days on #introduceyourself.
Hope for the best.
thank you all
The solution I suggested was to try and rent the house for the 8000 euros as a time share. so if anyone needs a home in Greece Athens for some 2 years to have when he visits our country or just settle there for those 2 years, and he can afford to pay that bill he will be buying housing for 11.11 euro per day for the next 2 years.
A donation link would harm the purpose of this post.We don't try to beg for money even though any contribution would be more than welcome. We genuinely think that starting with 8000 euro trying to double them in 12 months should be an achievable task, but there should be a lot of options out there we are not aware of.
so there goes nothing but please make this visible.end excuse my poor English.
Please google out the best financial advice online
I am looking for a very specific plan I don't see google having a consensus, just some pre compiled texts copy pasted everywhere. That does not help in any way.I was hoping for something more specific.
That's right Skapaneas
