RE: Charitable deeds, let's crowd-fund for kids in Bangladesh, fruits and snacks every week, nr. 22
Amazing post @lindahas!
I would totally spend a day with those kids teaching them how to play music! That would be ultimate!
I think you actually can do that in a way. There is opportunity for online classes. Or you could visit, but that is much harder to do :D
Muuuuuuuuch Harder!
I am busy designing a music program for kids, once its all up and good to go we could make a plan to mail through content for a local musician to teach that side, I just want to see my program in action with the kiddo's!
Lets stay in touch @lindhas! Come say hey @nicknightshade :D
Oh, that is a cool thing to do! You can definitely reach out to @azizbd, I think he would be very interested!
Is he a musician? Or works closely at the school? I could send through a lil audio book thing for them haha, wow so many ideas!
What are the average ages of the kiddo's there?
Well the Range of ages more specifically?
Hey @nicknightshade , everything is possible through online but I guess will be harder for us to find musician for our small school. if you have time for us and interested to teach music to these slum kids then please contact us for more information and we will able to arrange online class. I am happy to hear that you have keen interest to help the kids. No matter where you from but everything is possible via steemit to support the charity.
Awesome @azizbd ! I am still currently designing the program with resources and such, I will definitely be in contact once I am ready and also.... need to think about a way to transfer it into an online interaction
He is the creator of the school and program. I will ask and get back at you or you can reach out to him as well.
Thank you! We have made brief contact, I still have work to do on my side but I'd love to help out when my program is ready!
So, the kids in the school range from 4.5 years old to 14 years
Perfect! My first program I am designing is for 6 - 10 years of age :)
Oh, that is exactly in the age frames the school is working in!
It seems I have my work cut out for me then haha
