Assistance for 4 houses burned in Bacolod City Negros Occidental

Recently one of the four burned houses was the home of Theree Dimacutac's family. It's hard to lose a home. So there are Filipinos saying that,

It's better to be rob rather than burnt houses.

If you have been robbed, you still have a place to live and replace lost items. But in a burnt house; believe me, it's hard to get started to start a new life without help.

So as one of the charity volunteer here in the UAE, I gathered clothes and things that were not used and some new items like slippers, socks, and clothes.

In order to facilitate sharing, I separated the girl's clothes in a plastic and the other man's clothes including the children's clothes. To be easy to know, every plastic I have written with the name of what is for the girl and for the man.

This task is to tough because it is necessary to separate new and old clothes as well as for men or women or children. And at least some of my friends helped me out to fix these clothes, and it was good and I finished everything.

This is what an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) like us can do in order to help someone who is in need. May we be a good example to our people. And I hope that this work will continue throughout the world in different parts of the country.
