Please help me🙏 🙏

Over the last 3 months, little 6 year old Sebastian has been living in Sick Kids Hospital as a team of doctors have been working hard to identify what's going on.
Once a healthy and happy little boy enjoying lots of outdoor time, playing with his friends and enjoying school now faces a long journey of commencing kidney dialysis as his kidneys are failing his little body.
Sebastian has been placed on the kidney donor list and will continue to fight with his team of doctors and nurses living in/close to Sick Kids Hospital for the foreseeable future.
All proceeds from this fund will go directly to Sebastian and his family to help with his medical care and other expenses they may have during this very difficult and challenging time.
We understand that this is a very difficult time of year to be requesting additional support however, if you can find it in your hearts to donate it will be very appreciative.
