Dearest AidCoin early adopters,
With this article we’d like to provide you with an overview of our token sale.
Our aim is to raise a maximum of 40,000 ETH for 40,000,000 AID in two distinct contribution periods: “pre-sale” and “crowdsale”. The minimum cap is 4,000 ETH: should this not be reached, all funds will be returned to the contributors.
Pre-sale
To reward our early adopters and community supporters, tokens allocated during pre-sale will have a 20% bonus: the token price, therefore, will be 1 ETH = 1200 AID. The maximum amount raised on pre-sale will be 8,333 ETH for 10,000,000 AID. Unsold tokens will be allocated to crowdsale.
Pre-sale will start on November 20, 2017 and will end on November 30, 2017 or whenever the hard cap is reached. Tokens allocated during pre-sale will be distributed immediately and will be transferable as soon as the crowdsale ends.

Crowdsale
Crowdsale will start on December 15, 2017 and will end on December 30, 2017 or whenever the hard cap is reached. The token price will be 1 ETH = 1000 AID and token placement will be managed by our partners at Bitcoin Suisse AG, who already held more than 20 successful ICOs, raising more than $500 million. The minimum amount raised on crowdsale will be 30,000 ETH for 30,000,000 AID.
Token distribution
A smart contract based on Ethereum will create a maximum of 100,000,000 AID, allocated as follow:
Presale maximum: 10%
Crowdsale minimum: 30%
Team: 10% (will be vested for 12 months)
Advisors and early backers: 10% (80% will be vested for 6 months)
AidPool (to incentivize adoption and bootstrap ecosystem): 10%
Retained by AidCoin: 27% (will be vested for 12 months)
Bounty program: 3% (unused token will be reallocated to the AidPool).
No further issue of AidCoin tokens will be made.
