Courage: A Masculine Trait That's Needed Even More Right Now

We men should just continue doing the best we can even when being put in a bad light by hateful ads - Yes, the Gillete ad. We must therefore embrace one component of masculinity even more - courage. what so many would have us give up along with other masculine traits that have always been beneficial. Men will need to be more courageous than what is typically on display on social media.

The current lack of courage is the reason why so many 'trendy' men do not actually appeal to women. These days, (and always), women are looking for three things universally from a man - a protector, a provider and a leader.  How much of a protector can you possibly be when you lack courage?  How much of a leader can you be without having the courage to lead?

Take the lead in the first place - in order to let go of fear, let's be honest with ourselves. There's been parts of my personal  life when I have just been too afraid to even make a move. I've got to look at it. I need it for the ugly truth that it is and say to myself.

You're going to have to see your problem - your distinct lack of courage - for what it is not for something that's bigger than it is.

You have to let go of your need to be accepted by everybody. You have to plan your own actions and take responsibility for the results.

Lastly, we must all constantly strive to improve ourselves, because it's always better to move forward than stagnate in entropy.
