Chanterelle, and snow
Not every year there is such an opportunity, but sometimes it happens that when I go to the forest during the first two weeks of the last month of the year, in December, I still find chanterelles in the forest, and there are still edible too 😆👌👌👌🤭
In some places in the forest, the cold simply does not destroy them, they sit there until they are frozen with a quick night frost 💁♂️. These mushrooms are good edible mushrooms, but at the same time they are also very resistant, in a strange way, worms do not want to eat these mushrooms very, but you can see lot how the other mushroom species are massively wormed in the first few weeks, but the chanterelle simply lies under the bush and waits to be picked. 💁♂️👌👌🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄
