Love and Kindness for New Souls

The Message for today involves the young ones. The young souls. Those who are in their first ten lifetimes on this Earth. It is hard being in the physical realm. It is. There are so many tasks to complete; watching the time can be quite a challenge; your empathy and light sides are suffering under the influence of the density that surrounds you. You are not alone. Loneliness in this life is the Achilles heel for you young souls. Look to the stars and look to the skies when you feel overwhelmed in this sea of solitude. There are always light beings available to lift the depressions. There will always be angels to stay by your side. Seek alternatives when you are considering earthly therapies and medications. These well known paths are not the solution and they never have been. Stay in the light as often as you can. The more you practice, the easier it will be. When you can no longer stand it, seek the internal knowing that this is not all there is to Life. There are pieces of your being and your existence that will continue to live on eternally and those pieces of yourself are the only place where solitude will feel powerful rather than diminishing. If you can find peace, if you can feel power from seeking light over darkness, then it is your turn to convey the same message to others. To help and guide them into the space of being their best selves. Peace comes internally, but camaraderie requires the power and presence of others.
