Nostalgia Around Town 🗝️ One famous place. 📽️
I was out and about in my old neighborhood today and I just had to take some photos of some things that I'd noticed that have changed or that I hadn't seen as special in the past.
The above was special because it was in a show that I think everyone has heard of - I will tell you where and give you a couple other shots down below. But first, let me show you the door of the place I used to live in where I was greeted with flowers every morning not many can say that now, can they?
This house may not be important to the people of Hive, but it is here and it is part of my life here. I do this so that people I know here can see where I lived and how I feel about this busy city. This was the first time I had lived in high rise tower and I loved everything about it except in tiimes of power failures. Walking up 14 floors is enough to make you impose a lockdown on yourself.
Next. We have a place again in my old neighborhood where my kids and I used to go for happy meals.
One time we glued a bunch of coins to the sidewalk with crazy glue and we went in and got our meals. We ate upstairs and looked from that top window at how many people would bend down trying to pick them up. A hilarious day.
Coins aren't worth anything anymore and cash registers don't even have them Nor do they have 1's, 5's, 10's, or 20's.. When I arrived in this country, people would round up to the nearest five cents, and I loved the fact that I never had any pennies in my pocket.
Now they round up to the nearest $500. Don't let that dollar sign fool you. These bills are in pesos.
The restaurant I'm talking about is McDonald's. And it's rare to see a McDonald's go out of business, but I think more of them should. The food there is not really food. As seen in so many short videos of people opening 20 year old hamburgers from McDonald's.

I don't think the red top was in the scene that I'm talking about. But if you get the name of the show, you will definitely think red.
And the name of the show is also a famous shoe store here in Argentina. I think it is anyway. It is either shoes or apparel.
