I just noticed that Changelly has apparently dropped Steem and Steem Backed Dollars from their exchange service. Is anyone else having this problem? Is this temporary or a permanent thing?

I bought some steem on 25 of May, and since then the transaction il still on 'Sending to your wallet' !

You can also trade on blocktrades.us and shapeshift.io. These two are "over the counter" trading services (same as changelly) but you don't have to register an account unlike traditional exchanges.
They are the online equivalent of some trading services where you can just trade in person one currency for an other. You just hand over your cash in one currency and get an amount in another currency at their exhange rate. Unlike Poloniex and Bittrex you do not need to setup an account.
I have used Blocktrades, Poloniex, and Changelly. I prefer Changelly out of the three. That is why I am concerned they dropped Steem and Steem Backed Dollars.
Changelly simply accepted one crypto and gave you another in your desired wallet. I don't think they allowed members to store money with them like a wallet or traditional exchange.

i thought STEEM and SBD were only traded on bittrex and poloniex.
are there any other exchanges that we trade on or traded on?

perhaps, with all the volume that is being exchanged in cryptocurrencies lately they needed to make room. maybe it might come back?

why did you prefer changelly?
Rates on lower quantity SBD to BTC were much better than other exchanges.

Maybe it is a fluke? I just know Steem and SBD are not options to trade there right now.
