She had given this quote and she actually means it. She has always said that we should accept the change and work accordingly, It is not always easy to work according to change. The changes can be difficult but if we will not accept the changes it will be difficult for us to live.

Innovation and changes are part of our life. Never be too stubborn and always try to welcome the innovation and change, so you can easily GROW, and if you will not GROW you are Actually Not LIVING.

Example :
Biggest company NOKIA was stubborn and they don't want to take the Change, they were not ready to accept the new OS which was Android, So their growth stopped and their company was totally closed. But, Other companies like HONOR and SAMSUNG accepted the change and their growth increased On one time SAMSUNG also became the Market leader in their particular segment.

So, if there is an opportunity or new Innovations we should always open our arms and accept it. Otherwise, we are our own enemies.
