This article is especially related to the change in habits. The habits we want to change. Sometimes, it really becomes difficult and irritating when you want to achieve something but can't do it due to your habits.

Solution

There's only one solution for this. Success can not be achieved in one day. In actual, it is the set of habits that you repeat in your daily routine.
If you want to bring change in something then it can't be done in one day. Ok leave the rest, at this time you just want to change something within you, let's call it a habit for now.
If you'll do abrupt change than your body or mind will never accept it. You have to do it gradually. Think about it, you want to adapt a habit for your lifetime not just for one or 2 days. So, this change should be acceptable and it'll be acceptable in only one case if you do it step by step.
Other point is: Change should always be unpainful. Otherwise,you'll never stick to it.
So write down on a paper right now, which habit you want to change in yourself and make a promise with yourself that you'll stick to it.
