In as much as i love this idea of "spend and tax" i'm of the opinion the government could run into debt, i mean spending money in hope to get by taxing, i see the government running to deficit as a result of this.

Well, I hope you don't actually "love" the idea of spend and tax because my post is arguing against that policy and it has been devastating to the sustainability of our society's resources.
It's a good way to see to the welfare of the people, but then it damages are more than it benefits
