• You find a rich man owning something amounting to $10k when he earns $10k profits in a day but a poor man will accumulate $10k after saving a whole year or more, then he foolishly uses it all to buy something lavish and he remains with nothing.

• Those who see will think the poor man has also made it in life yet that's the only depreciating wealth he owns. To the rich, they first acquire appreciating wealth (CASH-FLOW INVESTMENTS, SHARES,TREASURY BONDS, ETC) is what leads them to depreciating things.

• The poor its depreciating things that they perceive as wealth and there is nothing as bad as depreciating wealth
  (PERSONAL CARS, PERSONAL HOUSES, CLOTHES ETC). In simplicity, avail things that earn you and they keep appreciating with value over time that it will be very easy for you to acquire anything that will be earning you nothing.

Note: Just money saved in the bank does not make sense as long as it does not claim any profit value to you.

• To earn more money, return money into things that earn profits "Re-investment!"

Note the following points and draw something from them.

• Earn
• Save more than how much you spend
• Spend lesser than how much you earn
• Invest strategically else wisely.
• Do that all your life no matter how much wealth you accumulate.

• Practice: If you earn let's say 50,000/=after removing tithe, if you can save 30,000/= (60%). You're doing good if at all you never touch the savings to do anything that earns you nothing.

The saving must be touched to effect investment whether cash flow, lending with interest, buying shares, purchasing treasury bonds extras.
