I have to admit to being relieved you only did 10km. But well done!!
Trying to figure out your route, and where in Newtown you are, from your description.
Up Constable, down past Kilbirnie Park, then round Evans Bay etc to Oriental Bay & back?

    Nearly. Down Adealide road to Oriental Parade, then around to Evans Bay and over the hill down Costable street back to Adelaide Road. Its a nice circuit
