high 5!! I'm not a runner, I'm a walker. My walking pace is usually somewhere between 5-6km/hr. Your pace was really good for getting back into things. I'm glad you took @dragosroua 's advice.
Yes, the people you have to dodge around always cause knee problems :p Why are they on the sidewalk anyway??? hehe
