Hello and please excuse my criticism re. “If you have a sharp mind you will answer the question”. You probably do not mean to suggest that those who failed to answer the question have dull minds.
However, some portion of your readers will make that inference, and that will be most unfortunate; because if you go back into the academic work on how people learn and see relationships and patterns, and how coaching can influence skills in these areas, you will discover that a simple test like this could not be an adequate basis for judging whether a person has a sharp or a dull mind.
