Day 44 Day Overview



I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

Day 44 was one of those days where time flies by. I was awake quite early and while still being in bed I made my daily post about the previous day here on Steemit, browsed around on the platform to spread my 10 daily upvotes around (even though they are still small).

Got out of bed, did some basic moring work out exercises and put some fruit ot of the freezer for my morning smoothy breakfast. I went outside for about 35 minutes to do what is now becoming a daily moring run. Hit the Shower, made my food and placed a couple bets while eating my breakfast. Went back on Steemit (main account) to check my replies and answer / upvote them to make my daily post afterwards and post it.

Around 13:20 I drove home to spend the day with my family. Went to the flower store to buy some plants and herbs for on my balcony (see pictures). Had a little picknic with my nieces in our garden, we also walked the dog, jumped on the trampoline, put the plants I bought into the baskets, played some badminton outside, ... (all the fun stuff) I also had a chat with my sister, mother and father. Ate some vegan Spagetti that was still in the freezer.

Drove back to my appartment around 21:00 and watched the Red Bull Salzburg match while at the same time having a chat with someone on Tinder. (I was not really convinced and used the 'my battery is almost empty after a long day" argument to politely end the conversation.

Challenge Completed! 100 Reps

On day 44 I also went for a moring run for a 3th day in a row and I'm starting to really like this routine. again I stepped it up a bit and increased the overall run distance a bit. I will continue this habit when the weather is good enough. I will also count just an even number for the fitness challenge. Below the minimum = 0, Day I meet the minimum = 100 reps, Days I do something Extra 200 reps, Days I go all out 300 Reps.
