The services themselves will probably need to be placed behind nginx/apache or something similar in order to accommodate CORS. I wish I had examples of how I had it setup, but unfortunately I wiped that server recently so the configs are gone. Tutorials on setting up a flask application with CORS via nginx should be all over the internet though.

Regarding the creation of forums, where the project was left off was having users generate forums themselves via token transfer. The indexer watched for those operations and then created the forums, so if you're looking for how to manually create a forum, that'd be a good place to start.
