As you may not know, he is actually the best among other guards in this year draft dating back to their high school time ( fultz, ball, fox). But now he is projected to be draft further than those guy and what happen?
He was unfortunately broke his acl when he was in high school, before that you can easily draw comparison between him and Russell Westbrook. Since the injury, he is actually playing a lot smarter. A lot more strategic pick, pick and roll.
But even with the injury, he still didn't lose much of leaping ability as news just come out today his vertical leap is 48 inches. 48!!!
He is projected to be draft around 6-10。But he might have better career than previous mentioned guards.

Dennis smith junior is very intriguing, comparing to all the better prospect, he actually beat them all during the high school days. I wouldnt mind my team reach for him (Phoenix Suns), but we need to think about our future rotation (as Bledsoe is still in the team).
As someone with an ACL injury as well, it's impressive that he has maintained his game at such a high level. Usually, it's a career ending injury, mainly because of the fear the knee will give way again.
Michael Own was never the same after it. Ruud Van Nistelrooy had to modify his game a lot.
Definitely, think about he actually broke it twice and recently just measured a vertical leap of 48 inches. 48 is crazy number. usually 38 is already not bad.
