Why Tuesday is the Worst Day of the Week
Oh Tuesday, how you vex me with your nothingness. You are so far from here and yet further from there. I hate Tuesdays.
Not that I actually hate Tuesday on a personal level, it's simply a matter of ranking all the days and quite clearly Tuesday comes in dead last.
At least Monday you're fresh off the weekend and likely to have plenty of stories to tell your coworkers about. By the time lunch rolls around you realize you've done nothing but shoot the bull at the water cooler, look at your cube mates precious cat pictures and maybe check your email. The day is already half gone. You're already planning on how to wrap up the day.
Wednesday is Hump Day. It's a celebration of the workweek being half done. Everyone is happy on Wednesday.
Thursday doesn't have much going for it. It's kinda like Tuesday but it's so much closer to the weekend, for that it kicks Tuesday's behind.
Friday is a lot like Monday but in reverse. You can spend your Friday morning knocking out some work, but once lunch hits, the whole crowd is looking towards the door. Planning their weekend, making personal phone calls and bragging about their fantasy team's squad.
That leaves us with Tuesday. Here is why it sucks:
- It is so far from the weekend
- You've already caught up with your work friends on Monday. On Tuesday you remember why they're annoying
- It always rains on Tuesday (not scientifically proven)
- Restaurants are trying to push their old, weekend food on you
- You have no excuse to not to be productive
So, as you can see, Tuesday Sucks. The science is proven.

I know there was an earlier post a few weeks back as well but can't remember the title of that one.
I misunderstood his post. I thought that putting chain as the first tag would do the same thing. I get it now.
Sharing is caring - always good to have more discussion on ChainBB. Yeah i see some posts with the ChainBB-general tag but posted from Steemit. Not sure if it's because they misunderstood the post as well.
I didn't like the setup on the chainbb for writing. I guess I can write over here, then cut and paste over there. I like having the preview screen to see what I'm doing. Thanks alot!

The only reason I actually like Tuesdays is that it seems to be the day all my favorite TV shows come on. Tuesday goes back to sucking after all the TV shows have finished their season finales for a summer hiatus. For me I'd rank Sunday as my least preferred day. That usually when deadlines for college hit and I'm rushing to get things done even though I'm at home and wish I could enjoy myself.
I can see why you dislike Sundays.
