Postcard from South Korea is rare. And the sender is so nice of sending me an art postcard of the exhibition she visited.

I guess the title of the show would be great artists in the past and now of Impressionism. She said there are works of Cezanne, Millet, Rodin, Monet and Van Gogh. Impressionism is my all time favourite, the color and brushstroke are so inspiring.

Neo Expression

It is a style of late-modernist or early-postmodern painting and sculpture that emerged in the late 1970s. It is a moment against conceptual art and minimal art of the 1970s. The artists return to the "recognizable and understandable objects", not a dot or square or a broken face etc.
