Putin orders parliament to regulate the ICO

Its central bank chief Elvira Nabiullina will have to draft the rules that it will bring the ICO to the existing laws governing the securities. Its most especially mandatory order is the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. This Putin intends to regulate the use of cryptocurrency usage within the country signed several orders. It has been published this week according to official Kremlin documents.
