SBD should be $1

Hi steemians,
Once upon a time, across the nine rivers was one SBD for one dollar.It's been a while now, but it's a whole different story. When can we expect a change? Anyone know? Kind of reminds me of fall/winter 2017 when SBD was selling well above $10 too.
