Calamares en su tinta/ Squid in ink by txatxy

Día de concurso de txipirones en su tinta( aquí a los calamares les llamamos así txipis)
Estas son fotos de fiestas cuando se hacen los concursos

También se pueden hacer de calamares grandes hasta de jibia
Si no lo has visto nunca parece raro, algo en salsa negra

Su receta es sencilla
El Calamar, cebolla, aceite y la tinta que el mismo calamar tiene en su cuerpo, si si la tinta.
Cuando veis documentales y el calamar se enfada o tiene miedo suelta su tinta para despistar al depredador
Pues esa tinta es la que se usa para la salsa

Los calamares se hacen cocidos con la cebolla ajo (bueno hay infinidad de recetas)
La tinta se disuelve en agua y se pasa por el pasa purés con toda la salsa y hay esta el rico plato de txipirones en su tinta
Si pasas por aquí no te lo pierdas

Una vez los hice en el camping y al ir a fregar todos me miraban raros los platos estaban negros es llamativo
Bueno esto es un concurso de comida típica de mi ciudad, una manera de divertirse y disfrutar con los amigos.
Lo mismo que hacemos aquí, divertirnos con los amigos
