The belt of malnutrition in Venezuela Part 1steemCreated with Sketch.

Good evening dear readers, this time I bring a personal experience and is one of the reasons why I decided to use Steemit..

The belt in US men is very rare to change it, in my case I have the same belt for a long time, in this case I present them and sadly tell a story.... this is my belt

As the years of the Bolivarian Revolution passed, our lives changed, our way of speaking, walking and most importantly for the body food ... today I realize that every day that goes by thinning more than normal, the test is my belt .. and the sizes are going down and every day more come down, the food necessary to keep the body in good working order, dizziness, nauceas, malnutrition in the entire population is present, in my case: dizziness They are being very frequent due to the lack of a balanced diet. this is the cause of a bad administration of the rulers of the day. I have 3 babies 8 years, 4 years and 7 months and for the Glory of God they are healthy, but the daily preoccupation, the state of food and the delinquency are riders of the Venezuelan apocalypse that we have to live daily. however, we have a hope of getting ahead, of growing, and of the children having a free homeland, a sovereign homeland where there is an inclusion and an economic sustenance that covers all needs. I want to cry about everything we live on a daily basis but I must be strong and smile in front of my daughters and fight for them for my wife. Thank God this time I can interact and do what I love to write ... well I will leave another little bit for another post and continue sharing my experience

Hello sanchezsorlando! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. Here are 5 essential tips that will help facilitate your onboarding process:

  1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of the 4 passwords and make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
  2. Get Steem rewards: You have the option to choose how to receive your post reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this will change over time. Check our post for more details.
  3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
  4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Converting and powering up more Steem into Steem Power will enable you to have higher value on upvotes.
  5. Have Fun and Enjoy!
