THE CONGO VIEWPOINT; To get to the Congo Mirador from Maracaibo by the road via Machiques it takes almost five hours, passing through the Villa del Rosario, Machiques de Perijá, Puerto Catatumbo, Cacigua until reaching San Carlos del Zulia and Santa Bárbara at almost 20 kilometers where its port of boarding is in the town of PUERTO CONCHA.
