Colocar en un caldero: Tomate, cebolla, aji, pimenton, y ajo.
Sofreír los aliños y ya cuando estén listas echarles las caraotas.
Toque secreto: 5 minutos antes de pagarlas echarle un poco de salsa de tomate y lista.
