Criollíííísimos sweets, the Recipes of the Grandmother

Hi, today I want to share with you some great recipes of creole good sweets that we elaborated the Little Brothers Marigre and Alexis, in our small business Los desserts de la Abuela; Inspired and in homage to the most Adorable and Admirable Old Lady: Doña Lucia Otilia. 

Here is a compilation of the recipes in English.  

Intense Chocolate Cake 

Ingredients: 

. 250 grams of sugar 

. 125 grams of margarine 

. 3 eggs 

. 1 cup of liquid milk 

. 250 grams of Wheat flour with leavening, otherwise add a half teaspoon of baking powder 

. 100 grams of Cocoa Powder 

. Chocolate Fudge to fill and decorate (Liquid milk, add cocoa, 50 grams of sugar and corn flour to thicken on low heat) 

Preparation 

Place the butter and sugar in the blender, beat until homogeneous, then add the eggs, the cocoa and then add the flour, gradually pour in the milk and beat until you reach a thick consistency mixture. Place in a previously greased and floured mold. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, insert the mold for approximately 45 minutes. You can check that the cooking is ready when you put a toothpick in the cake, it comes out completely clean. Moment to remove, let cool to proceed to fill and decorate with the Chocolate Fudge. Chocolate mousse 

Ingredients: 

. 250 grams of chocolate cup 

. Half a cup of milk cream 

. 100 grams of sugar 

. 6 egg yolks 

. 8 egg whites 

. 60 grams butter without salt 

Preparation

 Melt the chocolate with the cream and butter, mix the yolks and the sugar until the cream is whitish, add the melted chocolate to the yolks; moment to incorporate the beaten whites to the snow. Ready to reserve in a container and place in the refrigerator at least one hour before serving. Enjoy it ... masterly Dessert.

Brownies 

Ingredients: 

. 300 grams of butter 

. 200 grams of Taza chocolate 

. 50 grams of Cocoa Powder 

. 500 grams of sugar 

. 200 grams of rising flour 

. 3 teaspoons vanilla 

. 2 teaspoons of yeast 

. 5 eggs 

Preparation 

Melt chocolate, cocoa and butter in a mary bath. To part, add this content in a bowl and incorporate the sugar, vanilla, eggs and yeast to then add the flour and mix. In a buttered and floured mold pour the contents, take it to the oven at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, remove, let cool and cut into cubes to your liking. Chocolate tartlets 

Ingredients:

 Broken mass 

. 250 grams of leavening wheat flour 

. 1 pinch of salt 

. 150 grams of cold butter cut into pieces

. 1 egg yolk 

. 6 Tablespoons of sugar 

Preparation

 Mix all dry ingredients, form a volcano and add butter and yolk; Knead and wrap in a plastic bag, let stand for 10 min. Then place in a mold, bake for 25 min at 180 degrees. When cooling demolish. 

Filling 

Ingredients: 

. 150 grams of chocolate 

. 50 grams of cocoa powder 

. 100 grams of margarine 

. 1 egg . 2 egg yolks 

. 250 grams of nevazucar 

. 200 grams of milk cream 

Preparation:

Mix the egg, the yolks and the sugar. Melt the chocolate together with the cocoa and butter with the cream of milk in maria bath. Join the two mixtures and pour over the mold, stand for 15 minutes, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Chocolate Ponquesitos

Ingredients: 

. 1 and a half cups of Wheat Flour 

. 1 cup of sugar 

. 1 teaspoon baking soda 

. 1 teaspoon vinegar 

. 1 teaspoon vanilla 

. 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 

. 1 cup of warm water 

. 30 grams of cocoa powder 

Preparation 

In a bowl sift all the ingredients in powder and mix, add the oil, vinegar and the cup of warm water, use a wooden pallet to facilitate mixing or if you prefer, help with a whisk. By achieving homogeneity, begins to fill the cups placed in the mold. Take to the oven for 30 min at 300 degrees. Remember to check if your Ponquesitos are already introducing a stick that should come out clean to warn you of the correct cooking. These Ponquesitos you can fill them with quince of the fruit of your choice, more chocolate and decorate them with egg on the verge of sigh.

Truffles 

Ingredients: 

1 pack of Maria Cookies 

20 gr of Cocoa Powder

. 2 tubes of Condensed Milk 

. 1 tablespoon of oil 

. Chocolate Rain 

. Peanut Rain 

. Rain of colors 

Preparation: Crush the cookies enough to use as a base for the dough. Add condensed milk, cocoa, oil; Knead until a homogeneous mass. Make small balls and place them in cups according to the size you want. Take to the refrigerator and go. A delight ... you will want many
