Management models play a fundamental role within organizations because they are the strategies or guidelines that allow us to establish the most appropriate management to address and articulate the maximum effectiveness, operational within it.
Throughout time, globalization has led us to a constant process of transformations that influence the economic, technological, political and cultural field of a society, companies as the main structures involved in the different directional approaches, which allows these they undergo innovative transformations within it, achieving favorable changes in the dynamics of the managerial world, allowing these managerial models to determine a total quality in productivity and excellence.

If we add to these, new strategies that originate from the research and timely methodologies, such as reengineering, just in time, benchmarking, empowerment, outsourcing, we will allow an accelerated transformation in the variables of the organizations, thus achieving the new vision of the future managers for the good organizational functioning, making them more competitive and effective.
To direct and manage the company is necessary to define and determine the model to be implemented will depend on the needs and the development of clear objectives that are established in the plan of the company
Among the types of management studied in the plan of activities, I consider the Administrative Reengineering Model which is the action of rethinking and redesigning the main activity of an organization in turn working in conjunction with the kaizen since it involves the activities of Planning, Do, Review and Act, this will allow us to see the processes of individual and organizational life, which implies maintenance, continuous improvement and innovation within the guidelines of Total Quality.

THE JUST IN TIME

The just-in-time management method is production planning and control, where JAT's main objective is to guarantee complete customer satisfaction, while minimizing costs, understanding customer satisfaction as Total Quality. This tool consists of a program of continuous improvement, which provides products of perfect quality, in the necessary quantities, at the time they are needed, with a lower total cost of delivery.
To successfully apply this business philosophy, it is necessary to involve all sectors of the company, from the managerial top (senior management), to the lower-ranking employee, because radical changes in the culture of the company must occur; To reap success with this administrative tool, Just in Time has its main development in companies that want to prepare aggressive competitive strategies. That is why where this methodology is most developed is in the automotive industry and other areas of the technology industry, generally related.
