Una enorme cortina de Agua azul turquesa se abre en dos, para permitir la entrada a un imperio de Neón y Uranio, donde se erige el trono digital del emperador Xpilar, que se extiende desde las concurridas aguas del mar de Beaufort, a un costado del océano Ártico entre Alaska y el territorio del Yukon.
Está protegido por un dodecaedro esferoidal que funciona como una imponente fortaleza, que custodia la entrada de ese trono, apadrinado por ballenas Orca guardianas, que lo cuidan celosamente durante el día y la noche. Los astros del firmamento prestan su ayuda también desde lo alto de sus órbitas
El Emperador Xpilar, comanda su reinado desde un planeta flotante en exilio llamado Steemit, un planeta que él formó hace escasos cuatro años,con el intelecto e ingenio de hombres y mujeres prodigiosos, deseosos de construir un mundo mejor.
Talentos artísticos, científicos, literarios, musicales, ecologistas, fotógrafos, holísticos, espiritualistas, manualistas, entre muchos otros talentos, que trabajan con sus obras al servicio de la sociedad y del mundo en general, para convertirlo en universo de luz, amor, solidaridad como una sola hermandad.
