Duck centipede

Recently found on the net here is a terrible photo. How can you look at it day by day? The country-Belgium, normal people, all clean and culturally and here this composition consisting of several ducks.

But not those that have us have lakes are observed, and duck-a mutant. At the time, couldn't watch even half the movie of the human centipede, because start to feel sick...

Don't know who the author is, but I think it's not quite a normal person. What was allowed to set and why are people not outraged?

If the press has raised this issue, maybe IT would be removed already, or is tourist bait? I personally wouldn't want a souvenir photo of these ducks, even if I was paid for it.
