We can say that Food is love and today, I am going to tell you about the Chapli Kabab which is a pashtun style minced kabab, usually made from ground beef or mutton with variety of spices in the shape of patty. It originates from Peshawar,Pakistan and also known as "Peshawri Kabab".

It's nowadays also famous there in the United Arab Emirates( Dubai ) because this photo was sent by my uncle from Dubai!!
