The Lightning of the Catatumbo

The Lightning of the Catatumbo, the eternal storm of Venezuela. The Lightning of the Catatumbo is a natural phenomenon that produces numerous electrical storms in the basin of the lake of Maracaibo, in a town of fishermen called Congo Mirador that belongs to the dependancies to the Venezuelan state of Zulia.

This phenomenon is characterized by the appearance of a series of lightning and lightning continuously, which occurs in clouds of great vertical development forming electric shocks at 1 and 2 km in height.
