Grapes
This beautiful bunch of grapes was growing in my uncle's garden.

Some benefits of grapes:

1. Grapes prevent heart disease by making a healthy blood flow.
2. They are rich in antioxidants.
3. They are a great aid for people suffering from high blood pressure as they contain high quantities of potassium.
4. Although they are sweet in taste but they are an aid for people suffering from diabetes.
5. Grapes help in indigestion.
6. They are a great help for people trying to loose weight as they are quite low in calories.
