WATERMELON
Watermelon is a fruit that grows on a vine-like flowering plant. The green outer rind is hard and fleshy, and rarely eaten but the interior is soft, red or pink and has many seeds; this is the edible part of watermelon. It contains vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, fiber, protein, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B6, niacin and thiamin.
Watermelon, apart from all it nutrients it also a medicinal plant. It is used to prevent so many diseases and it is even advisable to take it medically. These are some of the diseases it stops from occurring
Treats Kidney Disorder
Prevent Heat Stroke
Regulate Blood pressure
Prevent Cancer
Controls Diabetes
Heart Health
Prevent Mascular Degeneration
Cure Impotence
Watermelon seeds are also in beneficial fats and proteins. Watermelons contain phytonutrients (this is very good effects on the health) and proper functioning of internal organs, eyes, and the secretion system.

We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons(watermelon) and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlic.
Even in the days of old it was recognized as healthy and rich in nutrients
