Nature has made it so lively That no matter the disease or sickness one has there are roots and herbs that can be used to cure them, ginger is one of the ultimate cures for so many ailments, the plant looking like a roots dug from the ground, it is capable of doing so many wonders, it is said to stop nausea cough and catarrh as the case may be. While it is known to be diuretic it is mostly important one takes a glass of water while eating ginger to avoid dehydration. The good thing about ginger is that it can be chewed or eaten in any form in whatever way befits you, if you are treating for nausea it is advisable you chew a quarter once piece of fresh raw ginger.
