I worked this kind of job for 2 months. I was in a call center for a small internet provider. It was not that hard cause fewer people were calling, but man it was tough - it was not for me. Explaining what a router is every day for example, sometimes to the same person 😖. Not in a mood? Well you must be happy and cheerful despite this. Definitely not an easy job. I understand you
