Houses Along the River

I've been seeing houses along the river either in the city or in different towns. Here in Lingayen, there are houses built in the dike, and along the river. I heard about them being relocated in a certain area, but they are returning. It seems the government can't do anything towards them unless they will be forced.

In my hometown in Binmaley, more and more people are living along the riverside. Nothing was done. To be honest, it's eye sore. At times, it's the people's fault and not the government. They lacked discipline by returning to slams despite the housing provided for them.

We also noticed the houses along the river in Dagupan City. That's why the river is polluted because of lack of discipline.
