Food Photography Challenge - Week 79 | "📷Capture, Click, Compete!📷"
How are you my Steemian friends? Hope everyone is well. Today I am going to participate in a wonderful contest. The title of this contest has been fixed as Food Photography Challenge - Week 79. Many many thanks to the #CCS community for organizing such a wonderful and timely contest. The Daily Photography Challenge competition put forth by the honorable Admin @theentertainer and sponsored by @visionaer3003. I am very happy to participate in this amazing contest. Let's get started then. Hope to get support from everyone.
The pictures that I have highlighted for you here are of a delicious dish "Fuchka". Fuchka is a popular street food, which is very much loved by the people of Bangladesh. This fuchka is usually made with flour. Boiled potatoes, chickpeas, onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and various spices are mixed inside it and served with sour cream.
One of the attractions of this Fuchka is its sour water, which is made with tamarind, beet salt, roasted spices and other ingredients. There were two kinds of sour in this shop. One is jhal sour and one is sweet sour. I have shown it to you in the picture here. Some also sell it as Dai Fuchka, a combination of Yoghurt and Sweet Sour. But there was no curd here. This shop is a roadside shop. It gets crowded here in the evening, but when we ate there wasn't much of a crowd.
