I can definitely tell that sharing my photos and recommendations on GMap has been purely for fun and trying to add some value, with a personal twist, of course.

I cannot say there has been some monetization of that content. It feels fair though, as I've been using GMap navigation on so many occasions, at home and abroad.

A few years ago I purchased a lifetime license at Cygic (actually the app is free but I paid for a world map with lifetime usage) but when I tried to transfer that to my latest smartphone, there was some problem and I couldn't restore my subscription. Also, there support didn't help much, so I just stopped using it. Anyways.

I cannot decide if those stats are impressive, apart from the views, that I guess will soon hit one million.

So, time to celebrate!
