I hope that the A/C at the dialysis center gets a proper maintenance because the heat is punishing

Our dialysis center is not as cool as before because the filter of the A/C system seems to be not being cleaned because the cooling coils are generating ice. I don't know but it is hard to sit around with a bad A/C system because it affects my breathing when I inhale a not so cool air and it makes a humid air inside my surgical face mask.
At least I am not drizzling over with sweat unlike in the past years where the A/C is really not being maintained well which is why I end-up with a wet back while and after my treatment sessions. Here in my home I would sweat almost 24/7 because we do not have A/C system which is why my back is wet all the time due to extreme heat of day until night. I only get a break from the heat near dawn until maybe 8:00 Am but I still have to use the string electric fan otherwise it will not offer a relief.
I still like this extreme hot weather because it helps me eliminate extra water from my body. In fact I again arrived at the dialysis center lighter than I anticipated considering that I did ingested a lot of water from Friday until this morning although I always try to minimize my fluid consumption because it is hard to have a fluid backlog although now it is not that hard if I did get a big load of water because I am not breathless anymore as the crackling sounds in my lungs went away following the correction of my blood's acid level down to normal.
It is a great relief when I would go to the bathroom to get some shower so I spend a lot of time there scrubbing and rinsing with some lukewarm water which the heat of the day made it like so. Actually it is great to use cold water now with even using ice to make it cold because it will not make you shiver in cold for the reason that the surrounding temperature is hot. But when it is hot all the and night, the water also becomes lukewarm, so in a way it will not be that refreshing to shower as you would soon perspire the moment you stepped-out from the bathroom.
Anyway, the A/C system at my dialysis center might give-up again because it is not operating normally. The nurses would sometimes pull its plug if it gets too cold because they are forbidden to fiddle with touch controls so I guess that it messed-up with its electronics and caused this issue for not cooling the treatment room efficiently. I do like the hot weather but not while being dialyzed because any discomfort while sitting or even lying around will just cause torture if not complications in my case.

Are the nurses not sweating or do they have a better A/C where they hide?
Soon washing/showering with cold water is no longer an issue over here either.
