One great thing happened today, not that I arrived light weight which means only a small amount of fluids will have to be taken out from my body which is important so that I would not experience IDH or low blood pressure while having my dialysis treatment especially near the end of treatment time and suffer body aches, lightheadedness, and worse, fade to black while literally shitting myself.

So the great thing today is that which made me happy is that despite that I am using Sodium bicarbonate, my blood pressure didn't get so high. I am very surprised about that and it means that I can control my blood's acidity level without suffering from the sodium bicarbonate's side-effect on blood pressure, i.e., my blood pressure is not being overly elevated compare to taking it a few years ago where it even get to the level of 180 systolic which is not good because in those levels the patient might suffer either stroke or get a heart attack.

Now I will just continue on using sodium bicarbonate because it seems that a non-acidic blood really benefits me a lot and like what I was telling you my readers is that it had made my breathing difficulty to disappear. So with it was a better oxygenation of my brain and body. It washed-away the symptoms of like you are hoking on a tall mountain without much oxygen and those symptoms are somewhat life-threatening considering that I had those for more than a decade.

One thing that disappeared was my lung's crackling sounds when I breathe. That is why I had likened my condition to high-altitude sickness without the headache. This is really something to be more than happy about because at least I am nearer than normality and I am not suffering anymore.

Now my goal is to gain more weight which had been devastated by acidosis and while my bones will not com back to their former form, I am sure that they will become more better as time goes by because again, I was able to eliminate that one bog factor of their weakening. It means that even if they got better over these past years following my use of vitamin K2 MK-7, what more improvement that they will get now that I solved the acidosis factor?

But anyway, the weather now here in my neck of the woods regarding the heat is intense. One of my caregivers at the clinic told me that even if he is in the room with A/C, he can still feel the heat while I myself is in a room baking. My room is like a sauna bath for that reason because as I said earlier, I had arrived at the dialysis center still light to my surprise despite tat I am drinking water more than usual. It is because I do not stop perspiring even deep in the night because the heat lingers past midnight and it is inconceivable to not at least an electric fan which you have to set to high because any less power will not offer a relief from the heat and humidity.
