You buy what I see on the picture, you boil and do what with it?
Put heaps on a plate and wait till it's cold or do you stir it through dough?

It is not cookie @wakeupkitty 😉 it's something like rice cake. Takes hours to cook Dodol. It made from the glutinous rice flour, sugar, coconut milk and essence or fruit's flesh like pineapple, durians and anona 😉
It's sweet and sticky but delicious😊 it needs to be wrapped with such leave (palm tree) or another type of food wrapper or plastic too. The one that wrapped in plastic and box are available on the market too. But the best one is dodol that wrapped in the leaves.
No need to cook it anymore.. just eat it😉
