how to stop worrying and start living
I started reading Dale Carnegie's how to stop worrying and start living sometime in January. I made a mental commitment to reading it every Sunday. ha! mental notes and I. Well I finished reading it in May and here is what I took away.( ooh I rhymed😎)
You've got to take each day as it comes and relax. life is short. personally, I rarely have problems with relaxation. it's who I am. My breathing has improved my relaxation. All in all, I would strongly recommend the book to all who are worrying away their lives. Really, it can kill you.
I think I came away inspired and with an ability to relax in a way I have never done. now I'm going to commit to reading something non-fiction every month, with a lot of room to be flexible and not beat myself up about it.
