¿Que hago con las semillas de mis plantas o de los frutos ?
Las semillas tienen múltiples usos cuando no son utilizadas para la reproducción de la especie; algunas pueden ser utilizada en la decoración, otras se pueden consumir directamente aportan gran cantidad de nutrientes.
Para comenzar les voy a compartir que hago con una semilla que he oído sirve para combatir el azúcar en sangre, mi mam la tomaba para eso.
Yo cuando estaba pequeña jugaba a cocinar la rayaba y preparaba unos pasteles espectaculares de barro y semilla de aguacate por encima, si el color es precioso.
Pero esta vez les voy a compartir que estoy haciendo con la semilla de aguacate, no se preocupen no es la receta del pastel de barro... mi receta especial es una mascarilla que estoy probando para la caida del cabello ya que últimamente se me cae mucho a puñados; y como no quise tomar la recomendación de mi esposo que me dijo que lo mejor para la caida del cabello era el suelo porque de allí no pasaba me propuse buscar información y encontré esta receta.
Y lo mejor es que me puedo comer el aguacate por que solo utilizo la semilla.

When I was little I used to play at cooking, I scratched it and prepared spectacular cakes made of mud and avocado seed on top, yes, the color is beautiful.
But this time I am going to share with you what I am doing with the avocado seed, don't worry it is not the mud cake recipe... my special recipe is a mask that I am trying for hair loss because lately my hair is falling out by handfuls; and since I didn't want to take the recommendation of my husband who told me that the best thing for hair loss was the soil because it didn't go beyond that I decided to look for information and I found this recipe.
And the best thing is that I can eat the avocado because I only use the seed.
Esta mascarilla es muy fácil de preparar los ingredientes son pocos y generalmente hay en el hogar, ya he notado que da brillo y suavidad al cabello,
Espero que también funcione para lo que realmente la quiero, creo que si, no lo puedo asegurar porque llevo poco tiempo utilizando, pero si el cabello se ve mucho mejor más sano.
¿Qué haces con tus semillas?
En esta oportunidad preparare una mascarilla para el cabello muy buena lo certifico por que la estoy utilizando.
Ingredientes
1 semilla de aguacate
2 cucharadas de maizena
1 vaso de agua
3 gotas de aceite esencial (opcional) ya que es para dar fragancia.
Preparación
Se raya o se pica la semilla particularmente la pico y la pongo en la licuadora con el vaso de agua luego colarla.
En la olla se coloca el agua ya colada se le agregan las dos cucharaditas de maizena, se lleva al fuego hasta que tome consistencia, debe quedar con una textura como las compotas si queda muy gruesa se le coloca más agua, se baja del fuego y se le coloca el aceite esencial de su preferencia.
Modo de uso
Colocar desde raíces a puntas abundante cantidad y dejar 20 minutos con un gorro. Se puede usar tibia es mejor el resultado y con el cabello limpio ya que después de su aplicación solo se utilizara abundante agua para retirarla si el agua es fría es mejor ya que cierra la cutícula.
Si le queda mascarilla puedes guardar en el congelador para que no se dañe.
Por su color pensaríamos que puede cambiar el color del cabello pero no es así ya que solo se usa una o dos veces al mes. Yo lo estoy haciendo 2 veces al mes.
Se las recomiendo pueden utilizarla a ojos cerrados.

If you have any mask left you can keep it in the freezer so that it does not get damaged.
Because of its color we would think that it can change the color of the hair but it is not because it is only used once or twice a month. I am using it twice a month.
I recommend you can use it with your eyes closed.

Gracias por hacérmelo saber. El aguacate es caro, así que solo lo comí dos veces en mi vida.
Yo tengo una mata de aguacate en mi patio y los aguacates son grandísimos, siempre los regalamos por que carga mucho.
Si alguna vez tuviera un invernadero, podría cultivarlos. Supongo que necesitan buen tiempo.
Waooo es muy versátil esa semilla también se le atribuye propiedades antihipertensivas colocándola en una jarra con agua y tomando de ella a diario, haa yo también utilizaba ese mismo ingrediente para decorar mis pasteles de niña 🤭
