Thank you so much l CBS 2 plays head Jim Hill assembling us now live from the Staples Center and earlier today he had a chance to speak with LeBron James and Jim LeBron got pretty psychological when talking about Nipsey Hussle and their relationship right Pat and Jeff you're absolutely correct we are all aware room how socially conscious LeBron James is and we all know that because of what we're talking about the loss of Nipsey Hussle has really feigned beings is not merely here in his hometown of Los Angeles but all over the world because he was so talented and so establishing and one of those that he had a real definite mark upon the Lakers LeBron James first of all my condolences in my respect to nipsey and his family it's another try another misfortune in in an inner city and city community and it's um it's just shameful it's so unfortunate when you look at a chap who believed in what he believed in has spoken about how he wanted to give back to his own parish actually rendered back to his community and actually stayed in his society there's not many who's said and done and to ensure their own lives take off him in his community by someone that come from his community it's one of the it's one of the most unfortunate events that's happening in American history and I just feel for it being here him being a friend of mine as well you exactly don't I still don't believe it you still don't believe it because we ever talk about like you know when you are person you sounds into that talent this is what we've been talking about you tap into that offering and then you you know what your knack is and then you give back and you continue to give back and you continue to give back and you are still put on for where you come from and to see it taken away by someone that didn't have the same Drive that didn't have the same ambition that didn't have the same incitement but received from the same situate you come from it's what we have to deal with in our own internal municipalities we go to academy with these chaps we play Little League football and basketball with these people and because of their motivating not being as much as ours it becomes a detest it becomes a you performed it and you left me here they start to really dislike you for that and for all of us they're still able to breathe and talk and expres and have a platform we have to continue to teach all each other that you have to continue to give back you have to continue to preach your words and continues its work safe because you at the end of day you never know when it's your time Nipsey Hussle taken from us far far too soon but will never ever be forgotten reporter from Staples Center I'm Jim Hill back to in the studio now and Jim I know that you enough LeBron talked about a number of topics today yes we did Pat we talked about a number of those and we'll sounds some of that coming up at six o'clock right here on cbs2 you'll be really interested in some of the things he has to say because as we all know in the street periods LeBron is very very deep you'll find out that all right thank you so much better Jim and
