Automatic writing, do it, it's good for your brain, your emotional wellbeing.

Sometimes I make what I write into songs. Sometimes it just sits in a notepad that I burn later.

Occasionally I just sing it out loud improvised to some generic chords like I've done here.

Nice grindy voice today, my cold is just clearing up.
