I have had the most wonderful cats and dogs in my life, but right now I only have two fish and the worms in my indoor compost container! (I tend to get laughed at when I call them pets, but hey, they are easy to get along with!)
Worms are cool! what kind of fish? I had some
fish long ago and many wonderful dogs, cats
and horses over the years. Animals are so
awesome, much wildlife just outside the glass
slider door, tho its been awhile for seeing
some moose, about due time.
Made me think of pet rocks, remember those? lol
I do like finding rocks, hmm rock shadows? ;-)

One of the kids bought Jim a little aquarium as a gift for Christmas just before he died. So I 'inherited' a rainbow shark and an algae eater. I've kept them alive for a year, so I'm rather proud of that!
The worms are new. I got that set up this year as a gift, but they seem to be doing well!
I have plenty of wildlife around too. No moose or bears, though! An occasional otter and tons of white tail deer keep me entertained.
Otters and deer are cool, I seen a sea otter once on
a walk without the camera years ago, I don't really
wanna see a bear ;-) lol
I bet the rainbow shark is pretty 🌈 🐟

Meeko looks JUST like her
(Meeko was a her...neutered like all our cats)
...about four pounds...and hyperactive)
The other three (LeRoy, LB, and Bubba) outweigh her by a LOT)
Bubba might be pushing 30lbs...he was past 20 when I weighed him last)
the other's aren't much smaller.
Meeko is tiny..
but she RULES.
she's faster than chained lightning.
cares not one whit about graviy
(she can climb walls..and does so)
she can jump ten times her body length.
and does so
and has a paw full of claws...and does not HESITATE to use them on the boys
she's SO fast that she can slap them eleventy nine times..then jump straight up and vanish.
the boy cat is sitting there.
"huH...What just happened?"
(LB is her buddy..the gurls stick together)

I could picture that as I read your really
cool description! Loki does some of that
to the dogs, so far they are spared her
multi scissor paws. She will fly up these
iron twisted stairs we have, run through
the bedrooms, fly up to a window and
back down again, lets see, its almost
time for her to do that LOL
