Why cats are scared of cucumbers!

Hi Steemit Friends,

So i guess most of you have seen movies about cats jumping in the air because of a cucumber. I saw them to, and i started wandering why are those cats so scared of a cucumber? So i started to search for answers.

The funny thing about it is that it is not special at all. It is just the instict from a cat. A cat is always aware of possible danger. So if a cat is eating and you drop a cucumber behind his back he will shock because he will not recognize it.

You can try it yourself with another object. if you try it with a pineapple or just a fake spider the reaction will be the same.

I thought it is nice to know after so many people saw the movies of jumping cats.
